Scope of Services:

Heather Hargrove, LLC provides consulting, coaching, and business system development services, as well as access to digital courses and resources. Details of services, including deliverables, are outlined in individual agreements based on the services purchased.

Purchase Currency:

All prices are listed and payable in USD (United States Dollar).

Delivery Timelines:

Consulting and coaching sessions will be scheduled based on mutual agreement.

Access to digital courses or materials will be provided immediately upon enrollment and payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Custom business systems or templates will be delivered within timelines specified in the project agreement.

Client Responsibilities:

To ensure successful fulfillment, clients must provide:

Accurate and complete business information.

Access to required platforms or systems.

Timely responses to requests for input or feedback.

Any additional details or resources as outlined in the service agreement.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances:

If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technology issues, lack of client response), clients will be notified promptly, and adjusted timelines will be discussed.

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy:

Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds are offered for services, courses, or digital materials.

Returns: Digital and service-based products cannot be returned.

Cancellations: Clients may cancel ongoing subscription services or sessions with prior written notice as specified in the agreement.

Shipping Policy:

There is no physical shipping involved in our services. All deliverables are provided digitally or through agreed-upon platforms.

Legal or Export Restrictions:

Heather Hargrove, LLC services are available only in regions where consulting and coaching services are legally permitted. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations before purchasing services.

Payment Security:

We use PCI-compliant payment processors to handle all transactions securely. Your payment information is protected, and we do not store sensitive card details.

Exclusions:

This policy does not cover:

Issues arising from third-party platforms.

Additional services or revisions not included in the initial agreement.
